Internal Audit

In this training course, participants will learn in an inspiring and challenging way how internal audits can be performed. This training is primarily aimed at improving audit skills. Auditing means communication!

Communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, will be trained by role playing and explanation about active listening, summarising and probing.

Other important training goals are audit preparation, sampling, reporting including formulation of nonconformities, corrective action proces and verification.
